Whirlpool Certified Care is the repair specialists that repair and service Whirlpool, Jenn-Air, Kitchen Aid and Maytag. Whirlpool wanted customers of these prestigious brands to recognize and acknowledge the training and expertise of their technicians.

This assignment involved designing a logo or mark that could serve several duties. The first was a Certified Care mark to identify these repair specialists over other standard repairman.

The second part of the Certified Care mark was to create a level of expertise or rank, much like the military does. So, a master logo was created that could be added to, showing the levels of training a technician had accomplished.

The final adaptation of the logo was designed to show Certified Care Years of Service which could also be a patch on the techs uniform or could be made into an employee medal.
